Read Below To See How The Individual Ingredients In CMI BIG Work?

5-HTP is short for 5-Hydroxytryptophan, which is an amino acid. As a transitional component in tryptophan metabolism, 5-HTP is also a compound which in the metabolic pathway precedes the monoamine neurotransmitter serotonin. As a dietary supplement, 5-HTP is suggested for use as an antidepressant, sleeping aid, but also as an appetite suppressant. Vitamin B6 helps 5-HTP decarboxylate into serotonin, with assistance of a lyase enzyme, namely the aromatic L amino acid decarboxylase. The theory is that 5-HTP, when ingested as a supplement, leads to increased serotonin production. While mainly being used as an appetite suppressant in the body building community, it also improves cognitive abilities, but also endurance and stamina. While there are some concerns in use of 5-HTP and MAO inhibitors in combination, sensitive users report only positive effects, that is why it was included in CMI BIG.
Calcium Phosphate is from the family of minerals containing calcium ions (Ca2+) together with orthophosphates (PO43-), metaphosphates or pyrophosphates (P2O74-) and occasionally hydrogen or hydroxide ions. It is increasingly insoluble at increasing temperatures unlike other chemicals so it precipitates at higher temperatures. Commercially Calcium phosphate is used in production of phosphoric acid and fertilizers. It is also used as nutritional supplement for bone and tooth health. Another practical use of Calcium phosphate is in dental products for demineralization and as diluents in some medicine. It is also used in technologies involving transfection of cells.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid.
Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is also known as Creatine AKG. It is formed by combining ordinary creatine molecule with an alpha-ketoglutarate molecule. Creatine bound to the AKG molecule is preferred over regular creatine because AKG is a Krebs cycle intermediate which means that it can easily enter muscle cells, bringing with it more creatine directly into targeted cells. Higher creatine concentrations in muscles provide greater strength and stamina during workouts. Since creatine-AKG uses AKG as a transporter, the problem of transporter downgrade is also eliminated. Bodybuilders and athletes use creatine primarily for increasing stamina but some research also associates higher creatine levels with increased muscle gains.
Creatine Ethyl Ester, commonly abbreviated to CEE, is a nutritional supplement that is deemed to aid athletes, body builders in particular, with development of muscle tissues and in improving the overall athletic performance. It is a form of creatine that is immediately formed back to regular creatine in the human body. The ethyl ester variant has proven to have a faster absorption rate as well as a longer durability within the human body, the so called half life, when compared with the regular creatine monohydrate. Due to recent disputes in the efficacy of CEE, other forms of creatine supplements have been preferred, such as Di-Creatine Malate and Tri-Creatine Malate. Creatine is in every case the compound supplemented, which is proven to boost the lean muscle mass and improve muscle strength as well as the athletic performance.
Di-Potassium Phosphate is commonly sprayed on leaves as a fertilizer, and seems also to help control certain fungal diseases on ornamentals. When used in association with another fertilizer, dipotassium phosphate is approved for use in the manufacturing of pesticide products intended to control certain fungal diseases on ornamentals. When label directions are followed, this ingredient is not expected to harm people or the environment.
Folic Acid, also known as Vitamin B9 or Folacin is a water-soluble vitamin. It is very essential to several bodily functions including nucleotide synthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. Vitamin B9 is also very important during the periods of rapid cell division and growth and thus it is essential that pregnant women have an adequate intake of folic acid. This is also because Vitamin B9 helps protect against a number of congenital malformations like spina bifida etc. Vitamin B9 should be a part of the diet of both adults and children as it is required to produce healthy red blood cells as well as prevent anemia. It is also necessary for fertility in both men and women. It isn’t difficult ingesting vitamin B9 since it is present in green leafy vegetables like spinach, lettuce, beans, peas, sunflower seeds, liver, baker’s yeast etc.
Glutamine Alpha-Ketogutarate
L-Aspartic Acid is a natural amino acid and is mainly used as medicine. This can be employed as chemic and biologic reagent, organic synthesized intermediate and culture medium. This is useful as medicine for heart disease, accelerant for liver function and also is a significant component for transfusion of amino acid. L-Aspartic acid is a crystalline powder that comes odorless and has acid taste. This is lightly soluble in water but is perfectly soluble in acid. However, it is insoluble in ether or ethanol. L-Aspartic acid is mixed in nutritional supplements and cool drinks. This is also useful as medicine or fatigue refresher. This can be employed as biochemical reagent and as an important raw material for sweetener as well as for pharmaceuticals. L-Aspartic acid is an important ingredient in the pharmaceutical industry especially in the manufacturing processes. L-Aspartic acid is employed in the form of salt for mineral supplementation.
Mannoheptulose is a heptose, a monosaccharide with 7 carbon atoms. It is found naturally in avocado and can also be synthesized. It functions as a hexokinase inhibitor and prevents glucose phosphorylation. In simpler terms mannoheptulose causes inhibition of insulin secretion in humans, thereby likely inducing "instant diabetes", therefore, it is used in supplements and medicine for people suffering from hypoglycemia(low blood sugar level), which is caused by high insulin levels. Research shows that Mannoheptulose can reduce obesity associated with high insulin levels and there is also a claim about anti-cancer effects of Mannoheptulose.
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the brain regulating other hormones and circadian rhythm in the body. It determines when we sleep and when we awake. Activated by darkness, it remains suppressed during the day. Melatonin levels are age related, with children having high levels which diminish with increasing age leading to disturbed sleep in the aged. It controls the onset of menstruation and menopause in women. Melatonin is known for its antioxidant properties. Melatonin supplements prevent insomnia, improve the quality of sleep and increase morning alertness. It is known to stimulate bone growth, prevent headaches and migraines and reduce depression and anxiety. It reduces sleep disturbances in children with ADHD. Reduced melatonin production leads to an increased risk of cancer.
Niacin is a vitamin that wards against pellagra, a disease characterized by a vitamin B3 deficiency. Niacin is made from pyridine and is often called vitamin B3 or nicotinamide, because they all three have similar formulas. Niacin and nicotinamide are comparable in make up, but only niacin works to lower cholesterol levels. The restoration of DNA is also known to be a positive side effect of taking niacin. A fairly large number of individuals, particularly those in third world countries or those suffering from alcoholism, have been shown to be lacking in niacin. Niacin is often taken as a supplement by those with high cholesterol levels, as it has been proven to lower “bad” cholesterol and raise “good” cholesterol.
Sodium Phosphate is a phosphate supplement. It does not function as a potassium supplement. It aids in the building of strong bones and teeth (with calcium). Also known to Promote energy metabolism and promote growth, maintenance and repair of all body tissues. Sodium Phosphate buffers body fluids for acid-base balance and acidifies urine and reduces possibility of kidney stones.
Vitamin B1, also called Thiamin, is needed to help the body utilize energy from proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Vitamin B1 is commonly found in breads and cereals. Vitamin B1 is water-soluble and is concentrated in muscle tissue as it passes thru the body.
Vitamin B12 is a potent vitamin that needs only a little amount of dosage to work efficiently. It is sometime referred to as “cobalamin” because of its cobalt contents. It plays an important role in the production of protein from amino acids, maintenance of nervous system, growth and development, and in the production of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). It helps prevent anemia because it promotes the production and formation of healthy red blood cells. It also protects the myelin in the nervous system that enables them to function properly that promotes mental clarity, and prevent memory loss. It is also important in cell replication, and proper metabolism of energy.
Vitamin B2 , also called Riboflavin, is naturally manufactured by the body. Vitamin B2 is needed for the proper use of oxygen and amino acids, carbohydrates and fatty acids. Vitamin B2 is also utilized by Vitamin B6 in the body and is used to manufacture niacin. Vitamin B2 is especially needed when eating large amounts of protein.
Vitamin B5, commonly called Pantothenic acid, it is a water-soluble member of the vitamin B complex. Pantothenic acid is involved in adrenal gland function and is required to fight stress.
Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble member of the vitamin B complex. It exists in thre forms and often occurs in nature as a mixture of these three forms. Vitamin B6 is involved in protein, fat, and sugar metabolism.
